Please read and follow these rules. If you observe a violation, notify one of our moderators. Thanks.
1. This message board is intended for persons eighteen-years-old or older. Law Enforcement officers and members of the public are welcome.
2. Those who post nasty, anti-law enforcement, racist, or derrogatory messages will be banned. Of course, honest discussion is fine even about delicate issues. Just be nice.
3. When posting, please refrain from posting names. We don't want this to become a forum of personal attacks on bosses, union heads, government officials, etc.
3. Profanity and crude comments are prohibited. No one wants to participate in a forum filled with garbage.
4. Members who feel that a post is inappropriate should email NJLawmancom@aol.com to report same. We will review, resolve, and respond.
5. Any member who violates any of these terms may be banned for good. NJLawman.com will make the final determination.
6. By accessing and browsing the site, you accept without limitation or qualification the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that any other agreement between you and NJLawman.com regarding the site are superseded and of no force or effect.
7. Any attacks or inappropriately crude remarks against officers and/or agencies identified by name or position will be edited and or deleted.
8. Spamming the forum with advertising or in any forum is prohibited. If you would like to mention your business or even make an announcement, fine, but please don't start making billboards.
9. Member Profiles are also subject to the above.
10. We cannot emphasize enough, that attacking officers, departments, or agences will not be tolerated. Members who continue to do so will be banned.
11. We will try and give warnings before bannning a member's access, but where gross violations of the rules are made, no warning will be given.
12. These rules also apply to the signature areas under member posts.
13. This is a PG rated forum. Very few exceptions will be allowed.
14. Members who continually provoke and flame threads and/or other members may also be banned.
