Reply with quote | #1 | Someone I work with recently introduced me too a high intensity workout where you do not need to spend a long time in the gym or do several sets with several reps. This high intensity workout is about slow controlled movements with heavy weight. This is not high reps and several sets. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtDhnvG8p1k&feature=channel (there are several more parts to this) this is a link to a documentary about the workout I am talking about. Dorian Yates is the trainer in this video who is a 6 time Mr. Olympia. Also look at Mike Mentzer videos, he also trained in this manor. I personally like this because a lot of time is not needed and results are given. This works out great for busy leos with little free time. |
