Nope, it can actually get an NJ Leo in a lot of trouble because it's based on Federal Case Law and not NJ Specific. If you are looking for a good NJ Manual, look to the Holtz LEH which is published annually. It'll set you back a few bucks, but used correctly it'll keep you a$$ employed. |

I like Holtz and would go so far as to say that if you're going to be active, it's a great investment. It's pricy, but it's provided me with a lot of good information so far. Nicely laid-out and you generally don't have to read too far into it to get an answer on something. PM me if you need more details. Stay safe. |
